摘要
中国加入WTO后,急需大量商务英语人才。针对当前商务英语人才培养中的问题,文章以服务扬州地方经济、满足行业与企业发展需要为宗旨,结合扬州区域经济发展趋势及职业岗位要求,从专业定位、专业课程设置、师资力量建设、校企合作、实践教学、"双证书"制度等方面入手,探讨创新商务英语人才的培养模式,以培养适应全球经济发展需要的复合型商务英语人才。
After China＇s entry into the WTO,a large number of business English personnel are in urgent need.With the aim of serving the local economy of Yangzhou and meeting the developing demands of trades and enterprises,this paper analyses the current problems existing in the training of business English majors.Meanwhile,combining the trends of Yangzhou regional economic development and demands of professional posts,it probes into the innovation of the training mode of business English talents from such aspects as the major orientation,course setup,improvement of contingent of teachers,cooperation between colleges and enterprises,practice teaching and ＂double certificates＂ system,etc,which greatly attributes to cultivate the versatile gifted business English personnel to meet the need of global economic development.
