摘要
本文报道用微球柱法检测六种国产高分子材料的血液相容性,以血小板的形态变化与粘附数作指标进行讨论。 实验结果表明:微球柱法与文献及本室的体内留线法结果相符。因而表明微球柱法是体外试验方法中较近于生理状态下的一种实验方法。该法简单、易行,适用于易涂复的或本身可以制成微球状的高分子材料之评价。
<ABSTRACT>
In this report, hematocompatibility of 6 medical polymers were evalua-
ted with microsphere-column method by exploring morphological changes
and surface adhesion of platelets. Since the adhesion of platelets is a dyn-
amic process and the number of platelets adhered will change with time,
it is unsuitable to evaluate hematocompatibility of polymers only by flow-
out rate and curve of platelets without studying morphological changes of
platelets. In order to study morphological changes of platelets quantatively,
the adhered platelets were divided into 4 types and morphological indexes
calculated for evaluation of hematocompatibility of the polymer. Since both
morphological changes and number of platelets adhered were included in the
morphological indexes, It is a valuable criterion for evaluation of hemato-
compatibility of polymers.
The results showed that this method could reflect reaction between po-
lymers and platelets under almost physiological state, the results being si-
milar to those in literatures and those obtained in our laboratory by suture
retention method ia vivo. The authors suggest that this method be simple
and effective for evaluating hematocompatibility of polymers. It is partic-
ularly suitable for polymers capable of being easily coated on surface of
microsphere or tnade into microsphere shape,
