摘要 基于M.Hanss的初始流量法原理,本文提出了一种改进的测量红细胞变形能力的核孔膜滤过技术:上升引流液的光电计时法。具有测时精确,重复性好等优点,已初步用于临床研究。 <ABSTRACT> According to the principle of initial flow rate method, an improved filtration technique for measurement of erythrocyte deformability using nucleopore filter is presented as optic-electric chronometry of rising liquid (Continued on page 77 ) (Continued from page 72 ) drainage. The method have the merits of high precision in time measurem- ent and fine reproducibility. The apparatus has been initially used in clinical research.
