摘要
为研究人参叶片光合作用及其与某些生理特性的关系,测定了人参叶片的叶绿素含量、比叶重、净光合速率的生育期变化。结果表明:叶绿素含量与净光合速率呈正相关(r=0.77),比叶重与净光合速率呈负相关(r=-0.73)。绿果期是人参生长的关键时期,应采取适当措施促进此期的光合作用,提高人参产量。
The growth stage changes of chlorophyll content, specific leaf weight and net photosynthetic rate of Panax ginseng leaves have been measured to study the correlations of these physiological characteristics with photosynthesis of Panax ginseng. The result showed that the chlorophyll content of Panax ginseng leaves has positive correlation with net photosynthetic rate ( r = 0.77), specific leaf weight has negative correlation with net photosynthetic rate( r = - 0.73). The "green-fruit" stage is important to the growth of Panax ginseng, so proper culture management should be taken during this stage to promote photosynthesis, and further to improve the output of Panax ginseng.
