摘要
首次对黑水城出土的一则西夏文药方进行了翻译、释读与考校,认为此方为治疗风头眩和头风目眩之"天雄散",其组方为"天雄、细辛、山茱萸、山药、防风、白术、茯苓、远志、川芎、人参、旋复花",此西夏医方所依据的底本应为已佚某种汉文医籍。
This paper first annotation study and explanation on one Tangut prescription in Heishuicheng Unearthed.That prescription should be named'Tian Xiong San',it is the treatment of wind vertigo and headache dizzy,the group as the'Tianxiong,Asarum,Cornus,Yam,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome,Tuckahoe,Milkwort,Rhizome Chuanxiong,Ginseng,inula flower',this prescription should be had been lost some Chinese medical books.
