摘要
目的:研究金叶子(Craibiodendron yunnanese W.W.Smith)的化学成分。方法:利用65%乙醇提取,大孔吸附树脂和硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从金叶子中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为儿茶素(catechin)(1),3,3’,4’,5,6,7,8-heptahydroxyflavan(2),十五碳酸(3),槲皮素(quercetin)(4),乌苏酸(3β-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic-acid)(5),棕榈酸(palmitic acid)(6),Benzoicacid,4-[2-(4-methoxyphenoxy)ethyl(]7)。结论:化合物1,2,3,5,7为首次从该种植物分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Craibiodendron Yunnanese W. W. Smith. Method: The chemical constituents of Craibiodendron yunnanese W. W. Smith were extracted by 65% ethanolic. Then the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by Diaion and silica gel. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidences and physicochemical properties. Result: seven compounds were isolated and identified as catechin ( 1 ), 3,3' , 4' , 5,6,7,8 - heptahydroxyflavan (2), Pentadecanoic acid (3), quercetin (4), 313- hydroxyurs- 12- en- 28- oic- acid (5), palmitic acid (6), Benzoicacid ,4 - [ 2 - (4 - methoxyphenoxy) ethyl ] ( 7 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1,2,3,5,7 were isolated from the leaves of Craibiodendron yunnanese W. W. Smith for the first time.
