摘要
从川产膜荚黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus Bunge)的干燥根中分得6个单体成分,分别为黄芪甙(astragalcoside)Ⅰ,黄芪甙Ⅱ,胡萝卜甙(daucosterol),β—谷甾醇(β—sitosterol)、棕榈酸(Palmitic acid)和蔗糖(Sucrose),其中前二者系首次从国产膜荚黄芪中分得。
Six compounds we-
re isolated from the root of Astragalus
membranaceus Bunge in Sichuan. They
were A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 and A6. By
means of spectroscopic (IR, EI-MS, FD-
MS, ~1H-NMR, ^(13)C-NMR, ~1H-~1H COSY
and 2D-NOE) and chemical methods; the
structures of A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, and
A6 were elucidated as 3-0-β-(2', 3'-di-
0-acetyl)-D-xylopyranosyl-6-0-β-D-glu-
copyranosylcycloastragenol, 3-0-β-(2'-0-
acetyl)-D-xylopyranosyl-6-0-β-D-gluco-
pyranosylcycloastragenol, β-sitosterol-3-
0-β-D-glucopyranoside, β-sitosterol, Pal-
mitic acid and Sucrose respectively.
