摘要
目的:比较国内外六个厂家的四种沙门菌选择性分离培养基的性能,以评价不同生产厂家同种培养基的质量,以保证对样品检测的有效性。方法:按国标GB 4789.4-2010程序以及ISO11133-2标准,采用目标菌和非目标菌进行测定。结果:六个厂家的四种培养基的外观基本上一致,厂家II的培养基略差;pH值除了OXOID的HE略低外,其余均符合要求;四种培养基的生长率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);特异性和选择性方面基本一致。结论:大部分国产培养基与进口培养基质量相当,但不同培养基之间也存在个别稍差的产品,因此使用前需进行适用性检查。
Objective：To ensure the efficiency of the microbial inspection results,compare and analyze the quality of four different Salmonella selectivity culture media from six different producers.Methods：The method was developed according to GB 4789.4-2010 and ISO11133-2 standard with target and non target strains.Results：There was no obvious appearance difference among four kinds of culture media,and the pH values were all in accordance with the standard except the HE of OXOID.The growth rate had no significant statistical differences among four kinds of culture media（P0.05）.Four kinds of media had the similar specificity and selectivity.Conclusion：The quality of most domestic culture media were similar to imported culture media,but some products with poor quality were still found in different culture media.So we should check the applicability of culture media before using.
