摘要
目的 探讨中药制剂输液反应的机理。方法 对６６ 例发生输液反应的中药制剂进行微粒、细菌分析。结果 微粒超标是导致中药制剂输液反应的主要原因。
Objective To elucidate the mechanisms of adverse reaction caused by venous infusing Chinese medicine.Method 66 cases of adverse reaction caused by venous infusing Chinese medicine were studied by analysis of particles and bacteria in used injeciton liquid.Result The superhigh amount of particles in Chinese medicine injection plays a important role in adverse reaction caused by venous infusion.Conclusions Monitoring the particles in Chinese medicine injection is important to eliminate adverse reaction caused by venous infusing Chinese medicine.
