摘要
本文建立微波消解样品,氢化物发生-荧光光谱法测定保健品中砷和汞的方法,在试验条件下,测定样品的回收率分别为88%,110%,RSD<5%,本方法具有操作简单、快速、干扰少、灵敏度重复性好的优点。
A new way, dertermination of As and Hg in health protection food by microwave digestion and Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy , is set up to clear up samples. At the experimental condition, the recovery rate is 96% ~ 107%, RSD 〈 5 % . The characters of the method are simple operation, rapid determination, little disturbance, high sensitivity.
