我国教师职后培训投资分担的研究综述

摘要 教师教育涵盖了教师的职前培养和职后培训,教师职后培训作为促进教师专业化成熟的重要途径,日益受到各国的重视并在现实的教师质量提高中发挥着极其重要的作用。从教育经济学角度看,提高教师质量即促进教师人力资本的积累和提升,需要通过适当的投资形成,其中最重要的是教育和培训投资。教师职后培训实质是人力资本投资,主要通过对教师职后培训的投资实现。 The teachers' education includes pre-training and job training.Job training is attracting more and more attention which is the important way to improve the teachers professionalism.And it plays an extremely important role to improve the quality of teachers.From the perspective of economics of education,improving teacher quality is equal to promoting the Accumulation and enhancement of teachers' human capital.it needs appropriate investment in which the most important is the investment for education and training.The substance of teachers' job training is the investment of human capital for teachers,which is primarily through the investment of training teachers in post implementation.
