摘要
目的探讨心理干预对抑郁症患者家属心理状况的影响。方法对抑郁症患者家属60名采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和自编抑郁症健康知识调查问卷进行调查,并对其进行6周的心理干预。观察干预后SDS及SAS评分和对疾病相关知识的知晓情况。结果抑郁症患者家属心理干预前SDS与SAS评分显著高于国内常模(P<0.05),心理干预后SDS和SAS评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.05);干预后家属对患者疾病相关知识的知晓度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论心理干预能大大改善抑郁症患者家属的心理状况。
Objective To investigate the influence of psychological intervention on the psychological state of family member of patient with depression.Methods Chose 60 family member of patient with depression by self-rating depression scale（SDS）,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-compiled depression survey on health knowledge questionnaire,and performed 6 weeks of psychological intervention.After intervention,observed SDS and SAS scores and the awareness of the disease-related knowledge.Results Before psychological intervention,the SDS and SAS score of family member of patient with depression were significantly higher than those of domestic regular mode（P〈0.05）;After psychological intervention,the SDS and SAS score were lower than psychological intervention before（P〈0.05）.After intervention,disease-related knowledge awareness of family member was significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the family member＇ psychological state of patient with depression.
