摘要
目的：探讨社区康复对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法：将120名社区精神分裂症患者随机分为康复组和对照组，每组60人，对康复组实施12个月的精神康复干预。采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评定康复效果。结果：康复组干预后比干预前SDSS分数减少，有显著性差异（P〈0．01），干预后，康复组比对照组SDSS分数少，有显著性差异（P〈0．01），康复组的复发住院率低于对照组，二者有显著性差异（x^2=9．22，P〈0．005）。结论：精神康复对提高社区精神分裂症患者的社会功能、降低其复发住院率具有积极作用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of community - based rehabilitation on social function of patients with schizophrenia. Methods ：120 patients of schizophrenia were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group. Each group included 60 patients. Mental rehabilitation was practiced on the rehabilitation group. All subjects were evaluated with Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS）. Results： The scores of SDSS of the rehabilitation group decreased than before intervention, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.01 ）. The scores of s[Jss of the rehabilitation group were fewer than those of the control group and there was significant difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The recurrence of the rehabilitation group was lower than that of the control group and there was significant difference （x^2 = 9.22, P 〈 0.005 ）. Conclusions： The community -based rehabilitation on schizophrenia may play an important role in improving the social function of patients and cutting down the recurrence.
