摘要
目的探讨复方环磷腺苷乳膏联合紫外线(UVR)照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和护理方法。方法将189例寻常型银屑患者按就诊先后进行抽签分组为治疗组和对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组各63例。治疗组予以复方环磷腺苷乳膏外涂联合UVB全身照射治疗,并实施适当的护理措施;对照Ⅰ组仅予以复方环磷腺苷乳苷外涂治疗;对照Ⅱ组仅行UVB全身照射治疗,疗程均为3个月。对3组病情积分、临床疗效、复发情况及不良反应进行比较。结果治疗组治疗组治疗1、2、3个月后病情积分低于对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组;治疗组治疗结束后有效率为93.65%,低于对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的69.84%、57.14%;治疗组基本痊愈患者总复发率为7.14%,低于对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的29.63%、36.36%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论复方环磷腺苷乳膏联合UVB照射并配合适当的护理措施是治疗寻常型银屑病的有效方法。
Objective To determine the clinical effect and nursing practice of Compound Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate cream（CCAMC）combinated with UVB in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 189 psoriasis vulgaris patients were divided in to treatment group,control groupⅠ and control groupⅡgroup.The affected part in treatment group was smeared with CCAMC combinated with full-body exposure by UVB and nusing care;In control groupⅠ,the affected part was only spreaded with CCAMC;In control groupⅡ,full-body exposing is used with UVB.All treating periods are 3 months.Illness integral,clinical efficacy,integral recurrence and adverse reaction were compared.Results After 3 months treatment,points decline in treatment group is superior to the control groups,there is diference compared with control groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.The efficiency rates of treatment group is 93.65%,and efficiency rates of control guroups are 69.84% and 57.14% respectively;there is significient difference between treatment group and the control groups statistically（P0.01）;The recrudescence rate of treatment group is 7.14%,and recrudescence rates of the control groups are 29.63% and 36.36% respectively,there is significient difference between treatment group and control groups statistically（P0.05 and P0.01）.Conclusion CCAMC combinated with UVB and proper nursing is effective on threating psoriasis vulgaris.
