摘要
为了研究TNF-α对银屑病两种动物实验模型的作用,采用小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂模型及小鼠尾部鳞片表皮模型,以甲氨碟呤为阳性对照,评价TNF-α对细胞有丝分裂和颗粒细胞层的作用。结果显示TNF-α对小鼠阴道上皮细胞的有丝分裂、小鼠尾部鳞片表皮的颗粒层形成均无明显影响。提示TNF-α对银屑病皮损的影响是一个极及其复杂的过程。
To study the effect of TNF-α on psoriasis model mice. The authors used two kinds of animal experimental models, mouse vaginal epithelium in estrus cycle and mouse tail scaled epidermis to assess the effect of TNF - α on epithelial mitosis and epidermal keratinization respectively. RESULTS There is no significant effect of TNF- α on the mitosis in mouse vaginal epithelium（P 〉 0.05）.We also found that there is no significant effect of TNF - α on formation of granular layer in scale epidermis of mouse tail（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Both above suggest that is a complex process of TNF - α in psoriasis.
