摘要
目的探讨灌注吡柔比星用于膀胱移行细胞癌术后的临床疗效,以及治疗前、后血清透明质酸(HA)和癌抗原125(CA125)的水平变化。方法将120例膀胱移行细胞癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,术后分别采用丝裂霉素和吡柔比星进行膀胱内灌注治疗。对2组术后灌注有效率、平均复发时间及灌注治疗前、后血清HA和CA125水平进行比较。结果观察组灌注有效率高于对照组,平均复发时间长于对照组,血清HA及CA125水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灌注吡柔比星用于膀胱移行细胞癌术后,能提高灌注有效率,延长复发时间,还能明显降低血清HA及CA125水平。
Objective To study the effects of intravesical pirarubicin in Bladder Cancer,and the level of serum hyaluronic acid（HA） and cancer antigen 125 before and after treatment.Methods 120 patients with Bladder Cancer were selected as research object,and all the patients were divided into control group（Mitomycin group） 60 cases and observation group（pirarubicin group）60 cases,then the efficiency of intravesical,average recurernce time,and serum CA125 and HA of the two groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared.Results The efficiency was higher than that of control group,average recurernce time was shorter than that of control group,serum CA125 and HA after the treatment were lower than those of control group,and there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The effects of intravesical pirarubicin in Bladder Cancer is better,it can make the level of CA125 and HA lower.
