摘要
秦皮资源丰富,是一种极有开发利用价值的中药材。其特征性成分主要是香豆素类、木脂素类及环烯醚萜类化合物。现代药理学研究表明其具有抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤等作用。对近年来关于秦皮的化学成分及其药理作用的研究成果进行了回顾总结,为我国秦皮药材资源的进一步开发与利用提供参考。
Cortex Fraxini is a traditional Chinese medicinal material which is rich in resources and has a great development and utilization value. The characteristic constituents of Cortex Fraxini are coumarins,lignans and iridoids. Modern pharmacological studies show that Cortex Fraxini has many biological activities,such as antibacterial,anti-inflammation and antitumor. In this paper,researches on chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of Cortex Fraxini in recent years are reviewed which provide the reference for further development and utilization of Cortex Fraxini.
