摘要
三阴乳腺癌(TNBC)是ER、PR和HER-2均为阴性的乳腺癌。文章述评了三阴乳腺癌中西医研究及治疗的最新现状,从西医化疗、放疗、分子靶向治疗、内分泌治疗,中医辨证论治、实验研究、证素辨证治疗等方面详加阐述,并指出目前存在问题和前景展望。
Triple negative breast cancer（with TNBC）is ER,PR and HER-2 negative breast cancer.This article reviews the latest status of Chinese and Western medicine research and treatment on TCM,and elaborates from the respects of chemotherapy,radiotherapy,molecular targeted therapy,endocrine therapy,TCM differential treatment,experimental study,syndrome factor differential treatment,and so on.This article also points out the existing problems and outlook.
