摘要
肠易激综合征为消化系统常见病,文章从病因病机,辨证论治,病例举例,治疗思想等方面论述姜树民教授治疗腹泻型IBS经验。姜树民教授认为腹泻型IBS多以脾虚为主,肝郁,湿盛,肝脾不和亦多。治疗应以健脾为主,辅以疏肝祛湿之法治疗,并重视异病同治、同病异治思想取得显著疗效。
Irritable bowel syndrome is a common disease of digestive system.This article introduced treatment experience of professor JIANG Shu-min about diarrhea IBS on the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,the case for example,healing thought,etc.Professor JIANG Shu-min thinks that IBS is based on the weakness of spleen,and it is also caused by liver qi stagnation,heat accumulation and liver-spleen disharmony.Treatment important point is to strengthen spleen,combined by soothing liver and removing dampness.Attentions to the thought of the same disease can be treated with different therapeutic rules and different diseases can be treated with the same therapeutic rule have achieved remarkable curative effect.
