摘要
介绍了护理工作量测量法的相关概念、国内外护理工作量的测量方法、护理人员配置方法,结合现阶段中国护理临床的实际情况,运用分级护理测量护理工作量的方法与护理人员编制公式及相关系数计算相结合的方法配置护理人员。
It introduced the related concepts of nursing workload measurement,domestic and foreign measurement methods of nursing workload and the nursing staff allocation method,combined with the actual situation of Chinese clinical nursing at the present stage,the grading nursing measurement was used for measuring the nursing workload and nursing staff prepared formula and correlation coefficient calculation of combining nursing staff were configured according to nursing level.
