摘要
从生产工艺特点、催化剂、反应条件和产品特点方面详细介绍了聚丙烯生产工艺如Lyondell Basell公司的Spheripol工艺、Prime Polymer公司的HypolⅡ工艺、Borealis公司的Borstar工艺、Ineos公司的Innovene工艺、Dow公司的Unipol工艺、NTH公司的Novolen工艺、Lyondell Basell公司的Spherizone工艺、JPP公司的Horizone工艺和住友化学公司的Sumitomo工艺。概述了我国近几年聚丙烯生产工艺的应用现状,并对我国气相法聚丙烯生产工艺的未来发展提出了建议。
Polypropylene process is summarized, including the Spheripol technology of Lyondell basell Industtries, the Hypol II technology of Prime Polymer, the Borstar technology of Borealis Corporation, the Innovene technology of Ineos Corporation, the Unipol technology of Dow Corporation, the Novolen technology of NTH Corporation, the Spherizone technology of Lyondell Basell Corporation,the Horizone technology of Japan Polyproylene Corporation and the Sumitomo process of Sumitomo chemical company, from the aspects of technical characteristics, catalyst, reaction conditions and product features. The situation of polypropylene process in China is analyzed, and corresponding suggestions are proposed.
