摘要
综述了目前世界腈纶工业发展历程和我国腈纶工业的发展概况。通过分析,将现行的12条腈纶生产技术路线归结为三种工艺,并就溶液聚合一步法和悬浮聚合二步法工艺进行了对比,指出二步法的优越性。
The developing history of the world acrylic fiber industry and the current situa-tion of acrylic fiber development in China are reviewed. Through analysis, the authordivides the current 12 technology routes for acrylic fibers production into 3 groups,and in comparison with the one-step solution polymerization method, the authorconsiders the two-step suspension polymerization method is better.
