摘要
测定及分析表明:一些沙生植物种子中高级脂肪酸种类及含量与种子发芽过程中的植物超弱发光参数mv·s/g相关:植物超弱发光和C_(4-18)、棕榈酸含量呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.8137及-0.9163;和脂肪酸含量成正相关,r=0.9585。另外,各沙生植物都有它们各自的发光特征。
Determination and analytical results have shown that the varieties and contents of higer fatty acids in seeds of some psammophytes are correlated with their parameters of ultra-weak luminescence, mv. s/g,in the course of seed germination:the ultra-weak luminescences are correlated negatively with the contents of C140-18 fatty acids and pentadecanoic acid,with correlation coefficients being-0. 8137 and -0. 9163 respectively,but correlated positively with the contents of C1-318-20 fatty acids,r = 0. 9585. In addition,each psmmophyte has its own luminescence charateristic.
