摘要
文章介绍了指纹图谱的概念及其分类方法;阐述了现代光谱、色谱分析技术在中药指纹图谱中的应用;还介绍了目前中药指纹图谱常用的计算机分析法。提出了中药指纹图谱建立的要求及目前存在的问题,同时,也肯定了指标图谱的良好发展前景。
The paper introduced the concept of finger print figure and its classification; expounded the application of modern optical spectra and chromatographic technology in finger printing figure of Chinese herbs, also introduced some common methods of computerized analysis. At last, the author put forward to the requirements for establishing finger print figure of Chinese herbs and these problems at present. But he also confirmed that finger print figure would have a good developmental prospect.
