摘要
针对肿瘤发生的遗传学背景,将外源目的基因引入肿瘤细胞或其它体细胞内以纠正过度活化或补偿缺陷的基因,而从达到治疗肿瘤的目的 ,即为肿瘤基因治疗(CGT)。分为针对肿瘤细胞的CGT策略和针对机体的CGT策略。前者有包括针对抑癌基因的CGT、针对癌基因的CGT、针对肿瘤细胞的免疫基因治疗、自杀基因治疗、耐药基因治疗;后者包括免疫效应细胞介导的CGT、树突状细胞介导的CGT、抗血管生成CGT。虽然CGT不太可能完全治愈肿瘤,但随着它的不断完善,能提高恶性肿瘤晚期的治疗的有效性,改善患者的生存质量。
