摘要
应用 HG- AFS法研究了天然植物洋葱中药用成分硒的分析技术 ,用 HNO3∶HCl O4(4∶ 1)混合酸消解样品 ,用提高酸度并加掩蔽剂消除干扰 ,其检出限为 1.5 4× 10 - 4 μg· ml- 1 ,RSD<5 % ,回收率均在 97.6 %～ 10 1.4%。
The determinated technique of HG-AFS of micro selenium of pharmacological constituents in natural plants is studied.Samples are digested by mix acids(HNO 3-HClO 4 4∶1). The interference can be overcome by added acid concentration and added marsing agrent.The detection limit of selenium is 154×10 -4 μg·ml -1 and relative standard deviation is lower than 5%. The recovery is 976%～1014%。
