摘要
目的对导致药物流产的影响因素进行分析研究。方法对2008～2011年在本中心自愿要求药物流产的1608例患者,进行相关数据统计。结果卡方检验结果与药物流产成功失败的因素有:流产次数、停经天数、孕囊直径大小、胚芽情况、子宫位置、合并慢性盆腔炎症。统计学分析χ2值分别为11.783、52.050、146.453、167.981、45.627、19.265。年龄、孕次、分娩史、剖宫产、合并子宫肌瘤与药物流产统计学分析差异无统计学意义。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果,分析影响药物流产效果的因素依次为:胚芽、孕囊大小、合并慢性盆腔炎症、子宫位置、孕囊直径大、停经天数、流产史。结论多种因素与药物流产失败有关,医生应该严格把握适应证,若有用药后阴道大量流血,应该果断行清宫术,以免出现危险。
Objective To study the influencing factors on outcomes of medical abortion.Methods One thousand six hundred and eight patients from 2008 to 2011 at our center were studied and the relevant statistics were analyzed.Results The influencing factors of results after medical abortion were abortion,menopause,number of days,the gestational sac diameter,germ,the position of the uterus and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.χ2 value were 11.783,52.050,146.453,167.981,45.627,19.265 by statistical analyzed.There was no siegnificant in age,pregnancy,childbirth history,cesarean section and uterine fibroids with medical abortion.The factors affecting the effects of medical abortion were the germ,the gestational sac size,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,the position of the uterus,gestational sac diameter,the number of menopause days,the history of abortion by Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analyzed.Conclusion A variety of factors are related to medical abortion failure,the doctor should be strictly grasp the indications.If Heavy bleeding happens,we should select curettage in order to avoid danger.
