摘要
目的分析妇科术后患者下肢静脉血栓形成的影响因素,探讨科学有效的预防措施,以便减少妇科术后下肢静脉血栓的形成,提高临床治疗效果。方法选取本院2010年1月～2011年12月进行妇科开腹或腹腔镜手术的患者880例,其中440例接受护理干预的患者作为观察组,440例应用传统护理的患者作为对照组,对比两组患者术后下肢静脉血栓的发生率。结果观察组患者术后下肢静脉血栓的发生率为0.45%,对照组患者术后下肢静脉血栓的发生率为2.73%,观察组患者术后下肢静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术时间、体位、凝血功能、术后护理以及患者年龄、合并症等都对妇科术后下肢静脉血栓的形成有较大的影响,医护人员对患者进行科学的护理干预,能够有效预防术后下肢静脉血栓的形成,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the impact factor of lower limbs venous thrombosis of patients after gynecological surgery,and explore the scientific and effective preventive measures,in order to reduce the formation of lower limbs venous thrombosis after gynecological surgery,improve the clinical treatment effect.Methods Eight hundred and eighty cases of patients with gynecological laparotomy or laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected,440 cases of patients as the observation group were given care intervention,and 440 cases of patients as the control group were given traditional care.The incidence of lower limbs venous thrombosis of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of lower limbs venous thrombosis after surgery of the observation group was 0.45%,and the incidence of the control group was 2.73%,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The study shows that the operative time,body position,coagulation function,postoperative care,patients age and complications all influence on the formation of lower limbs venous thrombosis after gynecological surgery.Giving the scientific nursing intervention to patients can prevent the formation of postoperative lower limbs vein thrombosis effectively.It is worthy of clinical application.
