贝那普利联合氟伐他汀在原发性高血压中的临床疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨贝那普利联合氟伐他汀在原发性高血压中的临床疗效。方法选择35例患者使用贝那普利联合氟伐他汀治疗,并与35例单纯使用贝那普利的患者比较,治疗3个月后比较两组患者的血压控制情况以及血脂变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后收缩压和舒张压均显著低于治疗前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时治疗后观察组收缩压和舒张压亦显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油以及低密度脂蛋白值均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且显著低于治疗后的对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于原发性高血压患者在使用ACEI类药物的同时,配合使用他汀类药物进行调脂,能取得更好的临床治疗效果。
