摘要
目的探索烘焙法代替砂烫法炮制马钱子的可行性。方法采用正交试验方法考察烘焙温度、时间对马钱子中士的宁和马钱子碱含量的影响。结果烘焙法可以明显降低马钱子中士的宁和马钱子碱含量。结论烘焙法代替砂烫法炮制马钱子是可行的。
Objective To explore the feasibility of processing the nux vomica by baking process to substitute sand-scorching.Methods The effects of dipping temperature and dipping time on the content of strychmine and brucine were investigated by orthogonal test.Results The content of strychmine and brucine were decreased significantly by baking process.Conclusion Processing the nux vomica by baking process to substitute sand-scorching is feasible.
