摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定安乃近片的含量。方法采用KromasilC18柱(250.0mm×4.6mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH为7.0)-甲醇(72:28)为流动相,UV检测波长254nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果安乃近在104.4~417.6μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.64%。结论本法测定安乃近片的含量科学、准确、简便,可用于安乃近片的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Metamizole SodiumTablets.Methods Metamizole Sodium was separated on Kromasil C18(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and detected at 254 nm,with phosphate buffer(pH was 7.0)-methanol(72:28) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results Metamizole Sodium presented a good linear correlation within the range of(104.4-417.6) μg/mL(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.7%,with RSD=0.64%.Conclusion This method is scientific,accurate and simple.This study provides the reference to establish quality standard for Metamizole Sodium Tablets.
