热输入对热轧DP590钢焊接接头残余应力的影响

Effect of heat input on residual stress of welded joint for hot rolled DP590 steel

摘要 采用手工焊和CO2气体保护焊在不同的焊接工艺下对5.8 mm厚DP590进行了焊接,采用盲孔法沿焊缝一侧测量了从焊缝到母材的残余应力.结果表明,采用手工焊时焊缝区纵向应力和横向应力均为拉应力,当热输入增加8.4%时,残余应力没有发生大的变化;采用CO2气体保护焊时,焊缝区纵向应力均为拉应力,当热输入增加33.1%,横向应力由压应力转变为拉应力,纵向应力增加133 MPa,增幅为140%,横向应力增加71 MPa,增幅为322%.此外,从试验结果可以看出,热输入对横向应力的影响较纵向应力大. 5.8 mm-thick DP590 steel plates were welded under different welding parameters by manual arc welding and carbon dioxide arc.The welding residual stress from weld seam to base metal was measured using blind-hole method.The result showed that both longitudinal stress and transverse stress were tensile stress in the weld seam of plates welded by manual arc welding,and the residual stress did not change when the heat input increased by 8.4 percent;the longitudinal stress was tensile stress in weld seam of plates welded by dioxide arc welding,but the transverse stress was transformed from compress stress to tensile stress when the heat input increased by 33.1 percent;meanwhile the longitudinal stress increased by 133MPa,reaching 140 % in increase amplitude,and the transverse stress increased by 71MPa,which is 322% in increase amplitude.In addition,the effect of heat input on transverse stress is bigger than that on longitudinal stress.
