奥氮平维持治疗精神分裂症23例临床评价 被引量：7

摘要 目的 探讨奥氮平对精神分裂症长期治疗的临床疗效与安全性。方法 采用门诊开放性研究,对23例符合CCMD-2-R的精神分裂症患者采用奥氮平5～15mg/日治疗,以BPRS、PANSS评价临床有效性,用TESS评价安全性,疗程观察18个月。结果 有14例完成18个月的疗程,占60.8％(14/23),BPRS减分率为73.0％,PANSS减分串为73.2％,总有效率为73.9％。未见严重的不良反应。结论 奥氮平能有效缓解精神分裂症的精神病性症状,安全性好,适合于门诊病人的长期治疗。
