摘要
目的:进一步认识奥氮平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应差异。方法:收集国内医药杂志上公开发表的6篇奥氮平与氯氮平对照治疗精神分裂症研究的文章,作Meta分析。结果:奥氮平自身对照比较的治疗效应极大,与氯氮平组间比较没有显著性,差异效应偏小;奥氮平组的唾液增多、脑电图异常、便秘、食欲减退或厌食、心动过速、心电图异常、头昏或昏厥、嗜睡、视力模糊,显著少于氯氮平组,差异有显著性,差异强度偏大。结论:奥氮平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效无差异,但不良反应显著性差异。
OBJECTIVE:To study the difference in therapeutic effect and adverse reactions between olanzapine and clozapine. METHODS:A meta-analysis was made on 6 published papers on comparative study of olanzapine and clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. RESULTS: Therapeutic effect of own control of olanzapine was great,but no obvious difference was found between olanzapine group and clozapine group after treatment, and difference efficacy was not significant. Increased saliva, abnormal EECG, constipation, decreased appetite or anorexy, tachycardia, abnormal ECG, dizziness or faint, lethargy and blurred vision in olanzapine group were greatly less than that in clozapine group. The difference was great and intensity of the difference was higher. CONCLUSION: There is no difference between olanzapine and clozapine in therapeutic effect on schizophrenia, but obvious difference is found in adverse reactions.
