摘要
目的观察舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法 116例支气管哮喘患者随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组予糖皮质激素吸入剂常规治疗(56例),实验组吸入舒利迭(60例),治疗12周后观察患者临床症状和肺功能变化的情况。结果实验组治疗后临床疗效及肺功能改善情况均优于对照组。结论支气管哮喘患者应用舒利迭治疗临床疗效可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of seretide in bronchial asthma patients.Methods A total of 116 cases of bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into experimental group（60 cases） and control group（56 cases）.Patients in the control group accepted glucocorticoid only.Patients in the experimental group accepted seretide inhalation.The clinical presentation and the change of lung function index were observed after 12 weeks treatment.Results Patients in the experimental group,clinical effect and lung function improved were better than those of control group significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Seretide inhalation is efficient in treating patients with bronchial asthma.
