多孔聚乙烯外科种植体眶内填充治疗眼球异位 被引量:5

摘要 眼球异位是外伤后眶壁骨折畸形的常见后遗症 ,眼球复位对患者视觉功能及外观的改善有重要意义。自 1997年 10月以来 ,应用多孔聚乙烯外科种植材料行眶内填充矫正眶周骨折后眼球异位畸形 9例 ,手术效果良好 ,术后 6个月随访无排异 ,吸收 ,移位等情况。该材料组织相容性好 ,术中能根据临床要求塑形 ,机体组织能长入其多孔间隙中增加材料稳定性 。 Ocular dystopia is the most common residual deformity reported in posttraumatic orbital injuries. The purpose of the study was to examine the results of correction with a new kind of surgical implants. 9 patients who developed ocular dystopia following orbital trauma have accepted three dimensional orbital reconstruction with MEDPOR implants made from a linear high density polyethylene. The biocompatibility studies showed that MEDPOR biomaterial was free from any observable systemic or cytotoxic effect. MEDPOR could be easily modeled and maintained, and it′s stability was enhanced by tissue ingrowing. The results were judged by a subjective evaluation by patient and objective measurement of patients′ eye position, which showed preoperative symptoms and signs were corrected or significantly improved in all patients. It is concluded that satisfactory correction of ocular dystopia can be achieved with MEDPOR implantation.
