摘要 本文报道了Nafion/Ni(chitin)_2修饰一氧化氮(NO)微传感器的制作和应用。该传感器对NO具有催化氧化作用,当NO浓度在8.5×10^(-8)~1.5×1O^(-5)mol/L范围内,浓度与峰电流呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9992。该微传感器用于老鼠离体动脉中NO的检测,结果令人满意。 A novel Nafion/Ni(chitin)2 chemically modified nitric oxide (NO) microsensor is reported. Ni(chitin)2 can catalytic oxidation NO. The catalytic peak current is linearity related to NO concentration in the range of 8. 5×10-8-1. 5×10-5mol/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9992. The microsenor has been applied in measurement of NO released from isolated rat aortic segments and the result is satisfying.
