摘要
目的:观察肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾炎的疗效。方法:将75例肾功能正常的慢性肾炎患者分为肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦组(联合组)和缬沙坦组(ARB组),分别检测2组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血压、血肌酐等。结果:治疗3个月后,联合组临床疗效总有效率88%显著高于缬沙坦组68%(P<0.05),联合组的24h尿蛋白低于ARB组(P<0.05),2组血压、血肌酐差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦比单用缬沙坦能更有效地降低慢性肾炎患者蛋白尿,短期使用无毒副作用。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenyan kangfu tablets plus valsartan in treating chronic nephritis.Methods：75 cases of chronic nephritis patients with healthy renal function were randomly divided into valsartan（ARB）group and Shenyan Kangfu tablets plus valsartan group（combination group）.24 hour urinary protein,blood pressure and creatinine of 2 groups were determined before and after treatment.Results：After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of combination group was 88%,and 68% of ACEI group（P0.05）.The level of 24 hour urinary protein in combination group was lower（P0.05）.Differences were insignificant between 2 groups in creatinine and blood pressure（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shenyan Kangfu tablets plus valsartan could reduce proteinuria in patients with chronic nephritis,non-toxic side effect in short-term.
