乳腺癌二级预防筛查模式的研究 被引量：9

摘要 近年来乳腺癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。天津发病率由1981年的19．10／10万上升到2000年34．36／10万；近年已升至47．00／10万，居城市女性恶性肿瘤的第1位。乳腺癌预后的优劣主要取决于病期早晚，即早期癌因较少发生远处转移，治疗后多数疗效较好；而晚期癌因较多发生远处转移，疗效大多较差。因而，提高乳腺癌生存率；降低其死亡率的决定性因素并非完全在于治疗手段的改善，
