摘要
我国西部地区经济欠发达,教育发展滞后。西部地方高校办学经费短缺,发展受到了严重的制约。文章分析了西部地方高校办学经费短缺的原因。提出了国家加大对教育的投入、改革教育经费预算制度、建立良好的沟通机制、适当扩大招生规模、实行成本核算与学费调整、建立灵活的贫困生资助制度、完善捐赠机制是解决西部地方高校资金短缺,实现可持续发展的重要途径。
The development of education is lagging behind in China＇ s less-developed western regions. Higher education development has been severely constrained by the funding shortages in these areas. This paper analyzes the reasons for the shortage of funds. In order to overcome the educational budget shortfall in western region, the following measures have been taken： increasing the national investment in education, reforming the budget system of higher education, developing mechanisms to ensure effective communication in education, expanding enrollment, cost accounting and fee adjustments, creating an adjustable system of financial aid for poor students, improving the donations systems. And these measures are important to achieve sustainable development.
