离体培养大鼠肠道菌群对射干总苷中鸢尾苷的代谢影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察射干总苷的主要成分鸢尾苷在胃肠道的转化过程,了解其在体内发生药理活性的途径。方法采用离体培养大鼠肠道菌群法,加人射干总苷提取物37℃厌氧培养,使用高效液相色谱法对肠菌培养液中鸢尾苷的代谢情况进行定量分析。结果鸢尾苷能被肠道菌群代谢成鸢尾黄素,随着培养时间的延长,药物浓度对代谢率有一定的影响。结论鸢尾苷在肠道菌群作用下代谢的量和鸢尾黄素转化的量不成正比,说明鸢尾黄素可能是代谢的中间体,值得进一步研究。
