摘要
目的 :观察纳他霉素治疗真菌性角膜炎的效果。方法 :对 6例氟康唑治疗效果欠佳的真菌性角膜炎 ,用 5%纳他霉素混悬液滴眼。结果 :5例真菌性角膜炎治愈 ,1例无效。结论 :纳他霉素对真菌性角膜炎有较好的疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Natamycin treating fungal keratitis.Methods:Six eyes with fungal keretitis after failure of response to fluconazole were treated with 5% Natamycin suspension eyedrops.Results:Five eyes were cured.One eye wasnt cured.Conclusion:Natamycin will be an effective agent in treatment of furgal keratitis.
