摘要
目的:探讨国产纳他霉素滴眼剂对真菌性角膜炎的治疗作用,为其临床应用提供实验基础。方法:成年健康新西兰白兔30只,随机分为6组,真菌性角膜炎(FK)模型组、生理盐水组、纳他霉素滴眼剂赋形剂组、Natacyn组、纳他霉素组和正常对照组,每组10只兔眼。除正常对照组外其余各组角膜基质注射法建立真菌性角膜炎模型。各组动物于造模后第4、10、15和21天于裂隙灯下观察兔眼溃疡情况并评分,第10和21天观察兔眼治愈情况,并记录各组角膜发生新生血管、虹膜炎、前房积脓、斑翳等发生情况。结果:(1)第10、15和21天Natacyn组和纳他霉素组兔眼溃疡评分低于FK模型组(均P<0.001);纳他霉素组和Natacyn组差别无统计学意义。(2)Natacyn组和纳他霉素组较FK模型组兔眼治愈率升高(均P<0.001),而前2组治愈率差别无统计学意义。(3)纳他霉素和Natacyn组较FK模型组兔眼真菌性炎症并发症发生率低(均P<0.001),而前2组真菌性炎症合并症发生率差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纳他霉素滴眼剂可降低真菌性角膜炎兔眼溃疡评分、提高治愈率、有效预防并发症。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of topical natamycin in an experimental rabbit model of fusarium solani,and provide the experimental basis for the clinical safety thereof.Methods:Thirty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups,fungal keratitis model group(FK),normal saline eye drop group,vehicle eye drop group,natacyn group,natamycin group and normal control group(10 rabbit eyes in each group).The rabbit model of fungal keratitis was induced by injection in into the central corneal stroma of eyes.After 4 d,10 d,15 d,and 21 d of treatment,the eyes of each group were examined clinically by slit lamp with a scoring system.The treatment results of rabbit eyes were observed on the 10 d and 21 d of treatment.The corner vascularisation,iritis,hypopyon and macular nebula were examined and recorded as well.Results:(1)The scores were lower in natacyn group and natamycin group than those of FK group after 10 d,15 d,and 21 d treatment(P 0.01).There was no significant difference between natacyn group and natamycin group.(2)The cure rates were higher in natacyn group and natamycin group than that of FK group(P 0.01).But there was no significant difference between natacyn group and natamycin group.(3)There were lower rates in eye complications of fungal keratitis in natacyn group and natamycin group than that of FK group(P 0.01),but no significant difference between natacyn group and natamycin group(P 0.05).Conclusion:Natamycin treatment was found to be effective in fungal keratitis,which reduced the score of fungal keratitis in rabbits,and improved the cure rate and prevented complications.
