Caspase-3在脑缺血神经元损伤中的作用 被引量：16

摘要 Caspase 3属于白介素 1β转换酶家族 ,是哺乳动物细胞凋亡的关键蛋白酶。近来发现 ,caspase 3参与了脑缺血后神经元损伤的病理过程 ,在脑缺血中起重要作用。脑缺血后 ,神经元线粒体释放细胞色素C为caspase 3的激活创造了条件 ,同时脑缺血后出现caspase 3的表达和活性变化 ,caspase 3抑制剂可减轻脑缺血神经元的损害 。
