摘要
合成了一种含磷锌基合金电镀添加剂EA - 1。根据模糊数学的理论 ,利用C语言编程对添加剂的感官指标进行了评定。结果表明 :添加剂EA - 1不仅可以作为镀层中的磷源 ,而且是一种有效的光亮剂。此外 ,该添加剂的评定方法同样适用于其它添加剂的评定。
A phosphorus-containing additive EA-1 was synthesized for zinc based alloy plating. According to the theory of fuzzy mathematics, computer program was edited with C language to evaluate the organoleptic properties of EA-1 with results indicated that EA-1 was as not only the source of phosphorus in zinc alloy deposits, but also an effective brightener and leveling agent. In addition, the evaluation method of EA-1 is applicable to the organoleptic alanysis of other additives.
