摘要
本文提出了一种水钻表面化学镀银新工艺。并对镀层的结合力和抗变色性能的改善提出了有效措施。经粗化处理 ,可以提高镀层结合力 ,而又不影响镀层光泽。浸渍抗变色液 ,涂覆抗变色油漆、取代传统重铬酸盐钝化较好地提高了镀银层的抗变色性能。
A new electroless silver plating process for diamond was pressented with improvements on deposit adhesion and anti-tarnishing of silver deposit. Treated by roughening. deposit adhesion was increased considerably with no negative effect on deposit brightness. Immersed in anti-tarnishing solution and coated with lacquer as replacement for traditional chromating, anti-tarnishing property of siver deposit was improved greatly.
