摘要
相对于普通皮带机,管式带状输送机具有环保节能性好、输送能力大、输送线可沿空间曲线灵活布置、可封闭运输等特点。济钢高炉原燃料运输系统已投用了2套管状带式输送机,目前设备运行稳定可靠,产生了可观的经济效益和环境效益,具有很好的推广应用前景。
Compared with ordinary belt,Tubular Belt Conveyor has the advantages of environmental protection and energy saving is good,large conveying capacity,transmission lines along the curves of space flexible layout,closed transportation characteristic.BF raw material and fuel transport system has been cast with 2 sets of tubular belt conveyor in Jinan Iron and Steel,the current equipment operation is stable and reliable,has considerable economic benefit and environmental benefit,and has good popularization and application prospect.
