摘要
管状带式输送机采用密闭输送的方式,解决了通用带式输送机输送物料时倾角较小、沿途撒料的缺点,又避免了物料受风吹、日晒和雨淋,保证了物料的质量。介绍了管状带式输送机的结构特点、基本参数,以及对输送带的技术要求,探讨了整机的设计要点,认为将会在我国得到推广应用。
The tubular belt conveyor uses closed conveying method,which eliminates disadvantages in general belt conveyors,such as small inclination during material conveying,material scattering,and prevents the material from being subject to wind,sunlight and rain,which ultimately guarantees material quality.This article highlights the construction and basic parameters of the tubular belt conveyor and the technical requirements for conveying belt.The design highlights for the whole machine are discusses.It is considered that the machine will be promoted and applied in China.
