摘要
目的探讨开放式管理模式对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法将120例精神分裂症患者按入院时间顺序随机分为研究组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),研究组给予开放式管理,对照组给予封闭式管理。结果研究组GQOL I(t=2.7984,P<0.01)评分方面均显著优于对照组,显示了较好的护理效果。结论开放式管理模式应用于精神分裂症患者,对于改善病情,提高生活质量很有意义,值得在临床上近一步推广。
Objective To explore the effects of open management mode on quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group（n=60） and control group（n=60） in admission time,the study group were given opening management,control group were given the closed management.Results The scores of GQOLI（t=2.7984,P0.01） of study group were significantly higher than those of control group,which showed better effect on nursing.Conclusion The open management mode can improve symptoms and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.
