摘要
海洋环境探测装备系统效能评估是一个十分复杂的问题,目前尚属研究的初步阶段。为能实现海洋环境探测装备探测效能的定量评估,在分析海洋环境探测装备的体系与效能的基础上,构建了海洋环境探测效能评估指标体系,提出了一种基于模糊综合评判法的效能评估方法,并建立了评估数学模型。初步实现了对海洋环境探测装备系统探测效能的定量评估,为海洋环境探测装备的发展提供了科学的依据。经仿真验证及对海面风场探测的实例分析,证明了效能评估方法及模型的适用性和可行性。
The efficiency evaluation of equipment system for detecting marine environment is a very complex problem,and is the preliminary stage of research.For evaluating quantificationally the efficiency of equipments of detecting marine environment,the efficiency evaluation index system was established based on the analysis of equipments architecture for detecting marine environment,a plan of efficiency evaluation was raises base on the Fuzzy comprehensive method,and the mathematical model was established.Evaluating the efficiency of equipments quantificationally was primarily achieved for detecting marine environment which provides the scientific evidence for the development of equipment system.The results of simulation and the instance show that the method and model are practical and viable.
